PRICING
All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and is exempt from GST. All pricing is correct at the time of publishing. Prices may change without prior notice.

SHIPPING
We typically use Australia Post to send our orders though reserve the right to select another service as required. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive (note: this is typically quicker but can vary dependent on your location).

Shipping is a flat rate fee of $10 and applies to any Australian shipping address. All orders are shipped from our office based on the Fraser Coast, Queensland.

International shipping is a flat rate fee of $20 and applies to all other countries.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Our returns policies are listed below. Please retain your proof of purchase. Simply follow the instructions below and we will do the rest.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We guarantee that the goods you receive from us will be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose for which they are sold, and match the description and sample of those goods on our website. Where an item has arrived damaged, mis-bound, or faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as your order arrives so we can review your case and organise a replacement.

CHANGE OF MIND
We cannot offer a refund should you change your mind. Please select carefully before completing your purchase.

GIFT CARDS
We don’t currently offer gift cards but encourage visitors to easily purchase a copy of the book and select to direct ship to the gift recipient leaving your details in the billing section only. If you would like to add a gift card to your purchase, please contact us prior to placing your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY SOLUTION TAKE?
We will make every effort to process claims within 3 business days of receipt at our online office. Where we provide you with a refund please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer’s procedures. If a replacement is sent please allow 5-7 business days for the courier/Australia Post to reach your location.
